Here's why you want to work here: $20 hourly starting pay + Commission + 401k + Free IR Sauna Membership We believe in a fun, upbeat environment We believe in flexible schedules and opportunities for advancement We believe in personal and professional development Here's what you need to bring: A genuine desire to promote positivity and provide exceptional service A consistently fantastic team-player attitude A verifiable history of excellent attendance and prior sales experience Evening and weekend availability Here's what you’ll be doing: Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere Reaching out to leads using our CRM with high-energy Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership Set reservations and book follow-up appointments Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome Administer studio tours for new guests Answer all questions about services and the facility Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area When you're ready to love your job and achieve your full potential, let's talk.
