We are seeking a tech-savvy, detail-oriented
Sales Administrator
to support our growing IT sales team. In this role, you’ll manage administrative and operational processes that ensure smooth execution of our sales cycle—from lead qualification to contract management—while serving as a critical link between sales, engineering, procurement, and finance. This is a high-impact role that requires exceptional organization, familiarity with IT services and terminology, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven environment. Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support & Workflow Management
Prepare quotes, SOWs (Statements of Work), and client-facing proposals for managed services, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity solutions, and project work. Coordinate with engineering and pre-sales teams to validate scopes, timelines, and solution pricing. Submit and track RFP/RFQ responses and follow up on procurement portals. CRM & Data Management
Maintain and manage sales pipeline data in the CRM. Track deal stages, renewal cycles, license expirations, and contract milestones. Generate regular sales performance dashboards and KPI reports for leadership. Client & Team Coordination
Schedule discovery calls, demos, and technical sessions with internal resources and client stakeholders. Support account managers and solution architects with documentation, calendar management, and follow-ups. Operational & Contract Support
Process POs, renewals, and vendor quotes. Assist with onboarding new clients into systems for billing, provisioning, and account setup. Ensure all compliance and legal documentation (MSAs, NDAs, SLAs) are properly executed and stored. Qualifications:
2+ years in a sales admin, sales operations, or inside sales role—ideally within IT, SaaS, or MSP environments. Familiarity with IT sales terminology (e.g., managed services, licensing, hardware/software SKUs, cloud platforms). Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, ConnectWise, or similar). Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and Microsoft Office or G Suite. Outstanding attention to detail, organization, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-moving, technical environment. Preferred:
Knowledge of vendor platforms (e.g., Ingram Micro, TD SYNNEX). Basic understanding of ITIL or sales processes in a service delivery model. Experience supporting teams selling B2B IT solutions or managed services.
