RESPONSIBILITIES:

A client with Kforce is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst III to join their team remotely.

Summary:

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the sales organization by developing and simplifying processes, analyzing sales pipeline performance, and providing insights through data reporting. This is a highly collaborative role that requires working closely with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a SaaS sales organization, strong skills in Salesforce technology, and a passion for process improvement.

Responsibilities:

Develop and simplify sales processes to ensure efficiency and consistency across the organization Analyze pipeline performance to identify trends and insights that can be used to improve sales velocity and identify gaps in the sales process Provide coaching and guidance on key sales components including sales forecasting or pipeline management Develop and maintain sales data analytics reporting for sales leadership and management Identify process improvement opportunities and work with cross-functional teams to implement repeatable solutions Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies that drive growth Provide support to the sales team on new processes and tools Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization Be a key member of the sales operations team and will be instrumental in driving sales growth by developing and simplifying processes, analyzing pipeline performance, and identifying process improvement opportunities to improve sales velocity and quality

REQUIREMENTS:

2+ years of experience in sales operations, sales analytics, or relevant experience required Strong experience with Salesforce technology, including the ability to create and manage reports and dashboards Experience developing and executing repeatable process improvements that simplify the sales process Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across the organization Experience providing reporting, data, and analytics to sales teams to drive insights and decision-making Ability to balance multiple competing priorities and explain concepts clearly and credibly across all levels of the organization Strong communication, process orientation, attention to detail, and stakeholder management skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
