As a part of our Data Cloud Specialist selling team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of customer engagement. We are looking for professionals with extensive experience in highly technical sales with emerging B2B technologies. You will collaborate with potential clients to understand their needs and challenges, showcasing how Data Cloud can solve their most critical business goals. What you'll be doing: Employ your wealth of experience in enterprise and commercial B2B sales to identify and engage potential Data Cloud clients. Leverage your knowledge of the Salesforce platform, Data Cloud, Tableau, and AgentForce to craft tailored solutions for clients. Source and qualify Data Cloud opportunities that fit our ideal customer profile. Lead discovery conversations to uncover clients’ critical business needs and determine how Data Cloud can help. Craft and present compelling Points of View (PoVs) that demonstrate the business value of Data Cloud. Collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless client experience throughout the sales process. Highlight how our solutions align with clients’ long-term strategic objectives. Present Data Cloud use cases that resonate with technical and business buyers. What you should have: 10+ years of experience in enterprise and commercial B2B sales within highly technical environments. Expertise in modern cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery) and data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau). An understanding of Salesforce advantages across Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud to relate Data Cloud requirements to client needs. A strong business acumen and ability to lead impactful discovery conversations. A proven track record of surpassing sales targets in technical sales. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Skill Set/Technologies: Salesforce platform (Sales, Service, Marketing Clouds), technical sales, negotiation techniques, Cloud Data Warehouse technologies, Business Intelligence (Tableau).
