Overview Sr Account Manager - Pro AV at ADI Global Distribution

Manage all aspects of engagements with existing and new customers. Build relationships and understand customer business to provide appropriate products or solutions. Define sales and growth strategy toward key customers and align with critical sales objectives. Identify opportunities, build credibility with customers, and deliver the value proposition using product knowledge. Develop and maximize Resideo presence and market share in designated accounts and territories. Drive continuous improvement and lead change in a premiere Sales Organization. This position is not eligible for US visa sponsorship.

YOU MUST HAVE

3-5 years of minimum experience in the Pro AV industry

Possess and maintain a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record

Live within the sales territory of Illinois or Michigan

Significant experience in a Sales/Account Management related field

Excellent communication skills

Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization

Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment

Hiring Salary Range: USD $57,913.55 to $107,247.32 per year, varies by location and experience

Incentive Eligible (SIP): Eligible for a performance-based bonus up to 53.85% of base salary, prorated by hire date. Attaining target and exceeding targets may increase incentive pay.
