We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive who will play a critical role in driving sales and maximizing revenue with our Enterprise customers. You will be responsible for targeting, building, and nurturing positive relationships with key executive decision-makers, understanding complex business needs, and delivering innovative solutions across our product suite. This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States. What you'll do at Figma:
Create and manage a pipeline of Enterprise accounts to meet or exceed sales targets. Apply discovery and value-selling techniques to build relationships with key decision-makers in new and existing customers (5000+ FTEs). Align with executives on business challenges and gain sponsorship for enterprise deployments, aligning Figma’s roadmap with their long-term goals. Create strategic account plans based on company priorities and initiatives, multi-threading at an executive level. Manage a book of business by tiering accounts and implementing techniques to prevent contractions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to position Figma’s offerings, drive deals, and ensure customer success. Leverage opportunities to strengthen executive relationships through meetings and networking. We'd love to hear from you if you have:
Experience closing enterprise software or SaaS sales (5000+ FTEs) with a focus on C-level engagement. A track record of meeting pipeline generation targets for new business. Experience managing complex sales cycles (6+ months). A sales methodology that emphasizes creating value for customers. Preferred qualifications:
Experience selling solutions to technical teams (Engineering, Product, Design). Ability to succeed in dynamic environments. Certification in deal qualification and discovery is a plus.
