AE - Sales Leader (Full-Time) at American Eagle Outfitters Inc. This role supports the Store Leadership Team by leading Leader on Duty (LOD) shifts, delivering a stellar guest experience, and overseeing daily store operations as needed. You have a passion for driving sales: As a key LOD (Leader on Duty), you're an expert at driving sales by maximizing in-store productivity and building guest loyalty through a best-in-class guest experience. You support Store Leadership in maximizing business opportunities to drive KPI results. You're a people leader: Motivating and inspiring the team through AEO's core values. You model leadership and hold associates accountable to AEO's service standards on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room. You've got an eye for talent and a love of training: You recruit and hire strong talent to ensure the store is staffed to meet business needs, and you train and develop associates to provide outstanding service and represent a Guest First culture. Teamwork: You challenge Sales and Stock Associates with clear goals and provide ongoing performance feedback through real-time coaching. You motivate associates and drive engagement by celebrating outstanding performance. Visual & Operational Innovation: You execute and innovate daily visual and operational procedures including shipment processing, merchandising moves and visual standards. You ensure the fitting rooms are guest-ready and rocking AEO Brand Standards. Integrity: You maintain store safety standards, adhere to Asset Protection standards, and follow AEO policies and procedures, doing the right thing—always. Qualifications
You love AE and Aerie products. You've led teams in a retail management role previously. You can multi-task with strong attention to detail; you have priority-setting and time management skills. You have business acumen. You have flexible availability to work when guests shop. Benefits
