Rubin Financial Group (powered by Equis Financial) is a national team built on service, support, and success. This role is remote-based with a commission-based structure as an Independent Contractor. It is open to licensed life insurance producers or those willing to get licensed; training and guidance are provided. Base pay range $65,000.00/yr - $400,000.00/yr Additional compensation types Annual Bonus and Commission What you’ll do Sales Presentation:
Deliver captivating presentations to individuals and groups, showcasing the benefits and features of life insurance products. Tailor your approach to meet each client’s concerns and preferences. Relationship Management:
Build and nurture long-term client relationships with continuous support to ensure satisfaction and policy retention. Market Research:
Stay informed on industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to position offerings effectively and provide valuable insights. Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions; prepare regular reports for management. Compliance:
Adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies, safeguard client confidentiality, and uphold ethical standards.
