Overview

Sr. Account Executive role at Motorola Solutions in Western Washington. The position will manage a portfolio of accounts, assemble and coordinate a diverse team of internal and external sales resources to assess customer needs, address requirements, and identify opportunities to grow accounts. We are seeking a technology specialist with consulting and sales experience in planning, development, business enablement and process management. Responsibilities

Responsible for sales, strategic account planning, and overall relationship management for target customers in Western Washington. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan for each target account and geography, covering the full portfolio of Motorola products, software, and services (core and emerging technologies). Act as a trusted advisor to influence customer technology platform decisions and develop preference and loyalty for Motorola Solutions. Proactively develop large project opportunities encompassing a wide range of products, software, and services. Proactively engage and lead channel partners in selling Motorola products, software, and services to customers buying centers where appropriate. Develop strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers within and outside of public safety (e.g., Sheriff, Mayor, CIO, Police Chief, Fire Chief) to understand and influence technology and funding priorities. Engage Motorola executive sponsors to build a strategic relationship and position long-term opportunities for Motorola. Develop Motorola procurement vehicles for multiple solutions to be leveraged across an entire target account. Qualifications

Bachelor\'s Degree with 4+ years of sales experience preferred. Startup experience and some vertical experience a plus. Law Enforcement / Public Safety experience a plus. Strong relationship development and management skills. Willingness and ability to be a strong self-starter and hunt to identify and create sales opportunities. Ability to quickly learn new product/solution characteristics and communicate their value to customers. Excellent negotiation skills. Ability to develop and maintain relationships with C-Level executives. High tech solutions sales experience and work in PSAPs (Public Safety Answering Points) a plus. Knowledge of industry trends and best practices a plus. Data management experience using Salesforce (preferred) or similar CRM. Willingness to travel 50% throughout Western Washington. Compensation and Benefits

Target Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $105,000 USD. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
