Responsibilities
Take inspiration from credible fashion references and translate that inspiration into customer styling solutions Engage with customers authentically to understand their styling needs Act as a Brand storyteller to create experiences that drive sales and align with store goals Demonstrate values and behaviors aligned with our Words to Live By Foster an inclusive environment where customers and employees feel a sense of belonging Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back-of-house operations as required Qualifications
Styling experience in luxury fashion or strong knowledge of trends and designer brands, with the ability to translate that knowledge into customer solutions Effective communicator with ability to build brand loyalty through meaningful connections Flexible with shifts and scheduling to meet business needs Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom, and office and lift up to 30 lb, with or without reasonable accommodation Passionate about hospitality, fashion and styling Comfortable engaging with customers and working as part of a team Positive attitude and alignment with Gap Inc. culture Employment type
