Provide administrative support, including the creation, maintenance and editing of documents, spreadsheets, files, and presentations Calendar management and coordination of meetings, including all logistics Database management Client interaction and service Perform special projects as assigned Skills/Requirements
Bachelor’s preferred 1-2 years financial services/fixed income experience would be highly beneficial Proficiency with MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Able to interface and articulate well with all levels of employees and clients in a professional and friendly manner FINRA Licenses: Series 7 or SIE preferred but not required Seniority level
