Demand Generation Specialist
to join our marketing team. This role is critical in developing and executing campaigns that drive awareness, generate high-quality leads, and support our revenue growth goals. You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, content, product, and digital marketing to build a scalable demand generation engine. What You’ll Be Doing
Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns (email, paid media, webinars, ABM, content syndication, etc.) Collaborate with sales to define target audiences and align lead generation strategies with pipeline goals Manage and refine marketing automation workflows and lead nurturing programs Monitor, measure, and report on campaign performance metrics such as MQLs, CPL, conversion rates, and ROI Own and manage paid channels including LinkedIn, Google Ads, and display networks Partner with content marketing to develop assets that support campaign goals Continuously test and iterate on messaging, targeting, and creative to improve performance Ensure accurate lead tracking and attribution in CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) The Qualifications You Need
4-6 years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights Experience running and optimizing paid media campaigns Excellent project management and communication skills Familiarity with SEO and SEM, landing page optimization, and A/B testing Self-starter with a bias for action and experimentation Benefits
