Responsibilities
Lead the strategic selling of Carrot Ads to prospective customers
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across Ecommerce, Retail Media, and Marketing teams
Collaborate with Market Strategy & Planning and Sales Engineering to implement effective sales strategies
Create and deliver engaging sales presentations and tailored proposals to executive audiences
Negotiate contracts and partnerships with customers while working closely with cross-functional teams
Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years of experience in the grocery, retail, and/or advertising sectors
Strong understanding of the CPG environment through direct sales or brand experience
Knowledge of the digital media landscape, including connected TV and programmatic advertising
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
Proven ability to exceed sales and OKR targets in a high-tech sales environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Consistent track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships
Experience with advertising/digital media technology and enterprise SaaS
Comfort with data analysis and modeling to support sales strategies
