This is a hybrid position (not 100% remote). As a supervising Lead Social Worker at Ellie Mental Health’s Lexington, MA clinic, you will share our vision for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care, guided by our core values of authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination. $83,000 - $123,000 What We Offer Competitive compensation with uncapped earning potential Health benefits including medical, dental, and vision 25 clinical hours per week for full-time status Dedication to a team approach and supportive atmosphere PTO 401(k) Match Flexible scheduling Paid Case Consultations Paid Continuing Education time Pay for administrative time Free CEU credits Credentialing, office space, and technology provided Responsibilities Supervise other social workers Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement, and maintain treatment plans; complete ongoing documentation per company policy Maintain a minimum caseload of 25 client visits per week for full-time status Provide excellent client service and collaborate with a team to advance the mission of serving the community Utilize creative interventions to help clients achieve goals Prepare and submit session documentation per guidelines Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical staff, and school personnel as needed Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings Required Qualifications and Skills Master’s degree in a behavioral science field from an accredited institution Massachusetts LICSW Experience with diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes Knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and mental health documentation Ability to complete and submit documentation in a timely manner Ability to model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients Proficient in Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant a plus) Ability to pass a background check Authorization to work in the United States About Ellie Mental Health Ellie was founded by clinicians to destigmatize mental health and break down barriers in access to care.
