Responsibilities
Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a designated geographic area
Collect and analyze information to understand business issues and identify sales prospects
Prepare quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for pricing and sales presentations
Implement sales plans and key account strategies to meet sales and financial goals
Demonstrate a repeatable sales process to consistently identify, qualify, and close new clients
Qualifications
Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales, particularly in the Earned Wage Access sector within fintech
Proven experience selling to “C” level executives in industries such as restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, and retail
Strong track record of revenue generation and exceeding sales goals
Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and marketing skills
Relevant experience or degree in Communication, English, IT, or Engineering, or a combination of relevant training and/or experience
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s Degree
Completion of Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training
