The
Color & Curl Concierge / Colour & Curl Specialist
is a key role representing our expertise in color, talent development, technical skills, social media, business, and sales. Job Description The CCC/CCS maximizes sales by: Creating increased customer retention and loyalty Building lasting relationships to grow brand awareness and market share in hair color Selling approved beauty products, introducing new products, providing customer service, and conducting product education both in-store and virtually Providing color & curl/texture consulting services to salons, barbers, spas, schools, and licensed cosmetologists This role focuses on driving the color & curl business and requires extensive online education and certification. Primary Duties Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products and advice Communicate with team members and vendors regarding sales activities and customer follow-up Resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively Maintain visual merchandising standards and store signage Stay informed about industry trends and adapt sales techniques accordingly Perform store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling Adhere to company culture, ethics, and behavior standards Why You’ll Love Working Here Creative, passionate, and fun colleagues Generous product discounts and samples Comprehensive product education and certification Opportunities for growth Potential benefits like medical, dental, vision, 401k, and paid time off based on hours worked Experience and Skills Required At least one year of retail or sales experience Licensed cosmetologist preferred in US and Canada Reliable transportation and ability to travel for meetings and shows Strong business acumen and knowledge of sales reporting Experience with retail systems, POS, social media, and digital devices Flexibility to work additional hours and in different locations Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills Must pass a Color Certification Test within 60 days of hire Working Conditions / Physical Requirements Standard safety precautions apply in office, retail, and travel environments.
