Account Executive

to sell our core clinical analyzers to hospitals throughout the Rocky Mountain (Denver, CO / Phoenix, AZ) area. This is a terrific opportunity to become an expert in blood gas products, grow the business, and benefit from a solid pipeline of new products. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales results, revenue growth, penetration of key accounts, and supporting existing Nova blood gas customers through personal relationships and support. Account Executive - Blood Gas Products

will report to their respective Regional Sales Manager (RSM). Responsibilities: Direct sales of Nova clinical analyzers to both new and existing customers in the specified territories. Establish and develop relationships with existing customers to promote satisfaction and drive consumable revenue. Navigate and leverage hospital departments and call points (Lab, POC, RT, OR, ED, ICU, Nursing, Radiology, etc.). Generate leads and promote interest through demonstrations, evaluations, and presentations in various departments. Develop and manage short and long-term sales funnels. Build relationships with clinical decision makers by presenting clinical results, process improvements, and menu enhancements. Manage complex sales involving multiple technical, clinical, contracting, and purchasing contacts. Navigate hospital networks and GPOs, understanding hospital affiliations. Use Inside Sales to establish contacts, penetrate accounts, coordinate meetings, and support existing customers. Attend trade shows to promote Nova’s products. Handle pricing, negotiations, and contracts throughout the sales cycle. Complete administrative tasks, including activity tracking in Salesforce, expense reports, territory planning, and conference calls. Qualifications: BA/BS degree with 5+ years of successful direct sales experience. Experience selling medical devices and capital equipment in hospitals is preferred. Strong communication skills and ability to manage complex sales cycles. Proven B2B sales experience with multi-level and committee sales. Willing to travel 2-3 overnights per week.
