Key Responsibilities
Sell energy infrastructure solutions to agency executives in the MUSH market sector through long-term, complex contracts, including ESPCs.
Educate and consult with customers on government ESPC and other contract vehicles, identify new business opportunities, and cultivate prospects.
Influence customer decision-making, offering solutions aligned with energy and decarbonization policies.
Participate in industry conferences and trade associations, representing NORESCO as a leader in the ESCO field.
Manage sales funnel to meet business objectives, demonstrate sound judgment, and communicate effectively with leadership.
Lead responses to RFPs/RFQs, coordinate internal strategies, and develop relationships with subcontractors.
Develop and implement strategies to win government opportunities, mentor junior AEs, and maintain customer relationships post-sale.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
7+ years of experience selling solutions into the Municipal, University, Schools, and Hospital sectors, or related markets
5+ years of experience selling to C-Level targets
