Overview
Programmatic Account Manager, New England StackAdapt is a remote-first company prioritizing candidates located in the New England area (Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine). Reporting to the Senior Manager, Client Services, you will play an integral role in post-sales client relationships related to user adoption of the StackAdapt platform, campaign management, client retention and account expansion opportunities. You will work closely with Account Executives, Client Service support teams, and cross-functional teams to maximize the campaign ROI of our customers. You will use your RTB/Programmatic media buying experience to optimize campaigns and develop solutions that ensure client satisfaction with campaign performance. Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for your portfolio of clients across a wide range of verticals Design unique campaign strategies within the StackAdapt platform Provide regular reporting on campaign goals and deliver strategic solutions and optimizations to meet identified KPIs Set up and traffic advertising campaigns on the StackAdapt DSP, including third-party tag implementation and pixel creation/troubleshooting Identify upselling opportunities and help develop tools, procedures and reports to increase efficiency Analyze campaign performance to optimize campaigns and recommend new opportunities Participate in in-person and virtual meetings, presentations, Quarterly Business Reviews and training Provide strategic thought leadership as a strategic advisor to clients Travel up to 20% of the time Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Real Time Bidding/programmatic media (DSP, Ad Network) Experience running Google Ads, Facebook Ads or DSP self-serve platforms Proven success in managing client relationships and delivering service excellence Focus on retaining accounts and growing revenue Ability to grasp and communicate technical concepts and platform knowledge Familiarity with the latest digital advertising trends Experience working with complex databases is a plus What StackAdapt Offers
