We are adding an

Account Executive

to our growing Technical Services team in the Dallas, TX area. We’re seeking a driven and highly motivated sales professional who is passionate about the built environment. In this role, you will have the opportunity to significantly impact the industry by offering consultative sales solutions to our clients in the built environment. We welcome candidates with proven sales success or from buyers’ side roles in local government, K-12, higher education or healthcare, or those with technical expertise looking to pivot into sales. Responsibilities

Developing and executing a sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets. Building solid relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the built environment. Delivering consultative sales solutions to meet the unique needs of each client. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and innovations and sharing this knowledge with clients. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless sales experience for our clients. This role is part of a Technical South Sales team with a work-hard, play-hard mentality. The team combines technical expertise, sales experience and a passion for what we do, and provides support to maximize client engagements and compensation. There are opportunities for career advancement as we grow together. What You Need To Succeed

1-3 years of proven sales experience with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets, or experience from the buyers’ side within local government, K-12, higher education or healthcare. Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, construction management or equivalent business experience. Knowledge of building infrastructure systems, facility management, and critical facilities such as data centers. Financial acumen and understanding of the built environment and client challenges. Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to build relationships and trust with key stakeholders. Ability to understand and articulate complex technical solutions to non-technical clients. Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. Self-starter mentality with a drive to continuously learn and grow. The pay range for this position is $83,025 - $126,825 per year plus sales commission; base pay may vary based on knowledge, skills and experience, and market location.
