is seeking a motivated partner to revolutionize the Mortgage Protection Industry. Our philosophy is to better lives through protecting families, supporting personal and professional growth, and leadership training. Responsibilities

Day-to-Day : Setting appointments (6-8 hours per week) by reaching out to potential clients who previously requested coverage and scheduling meetings to discuss mortgage protection options. Research : 4-5 hours per week digging into client information to tailor options that meet financial needs in the event of death or disability. Meeting with Families : 2 days per week meeting with clients (virtually or in-person) to present options, discuss coverage details, and assist with applications. Administrative : 2 hours per week following up with carriers to facilitate client underwriting. What We Do

We serve people by taking a deep dive into their financial situation with clients in person or virtually. We protect clients by partnering with top-rated insurance companies to customize a plan that provides a personalized solution protecting income. Entry-level accepted. We are looking for coachable, challenge-seeking, self-disciplined individuals with a growth mindset. A passion for people is a must. Compensation & Benefits

This position is commission-only. The average commission on a mortgage protection product is approximately $600 per family protected. Our expectation is that a full-time agent will sell 5 to 10 mortgage protection plans per week. In addition to mortgage protection, we offer a selection of premium financial products to help people save for retirement or protect retirement accounts (e.g., 401(k)s and IRAs). We provide extensive training, uncapped commissions, and a competitive bonus structure with incentive trips based on individual and team results. How to Apply
