What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Drive clinical and procedural excellence to achieve above-market growth in the assigned territory
Develop and execute strategic account plans focused on GYN disease states
Foster key customer relationships and engage customers on GYN disease management
Identify and respond to market share shifts and competitive tactics
Lead market development programs and training initiatives to accelerate procedural adoption
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
Field-based role requiring 50% travel within the territory
Strong understanding of clinical environments and ability to communicate complex product information
Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
2 years of proven track record in sales, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry
Experience in building and managing relationships with decision-makers in clinical and administrative roles
Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans that drive growth
Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
