Sales & Broker Support Coordinator (Bilingual - Korean) Responsibilities
Support the Sales Department with sales material, event setup and outreach coordination. Develop and implement branding campaigns and projects for sales and broker support. Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to gather resources required for each project. Establish professional relationships with outside production vendors and agencies to assist in coordinating sales activities. Participate in reviewing and updating website, broker portal, and online enrollment portal as needed. Serve as the point of contact for all pre- and post-contract activities; communicate plans accordingly. Assist in pre-event activities including guest lists, activities, sales, and marketing collateral. Support the Sales Operations Team in serving independent broker partners, agencies, and field marketing organizations by developing educational materials on product offerings to support growth and success. Assist with creating presentations, materials, and resource tools to position agents and agencies for growth. Contribute to community marketing and outreach efforts to doctors and specialists to impact sales, enrollment growth, and retention. Perform general office and administrative tasks with regular and consistent attendance. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field. Strong organizational skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with technology including website optimization, desktop systems, and telephony. Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Local travel may be required for events and pre-meetings. Professional appearance and demeanor. Fluent in Korean (verbal and written). Benefits
