Sales Executive In House role at Hilton Grand Vacations. This position focuses on relationship building with guests to provide opportunities to purchase world class destinations. You will meet with guests face to face, invest time in rapport building, tour our resort & amenities, and invite them to join the Hilton Grand Vacations family by purchasing today. Responsibilities

Greet guests and listen to their travel interests to offer options that best meet their needs. Present Hilton Grand Vacations ownership products to potential owners to generate sales volume and leads while maintaining a professional and ethical representation of the company. Maintain effective communication with clients and provide follow-up to ensure customer happiness through various forms of communication (email, telephone, and written correspondence). Apply selling concepts promoted at HGV. Promote an encouraging, collaborative environment and uphold our core values and policies. Attend one of HGVC’s sales training sessions every week. Valid Real Estate License in good standing with the state of Florida (Preferred). Previous sales or marketing experience in a similar luxury goods or vacation ownership industry. Minimum 1 year of sales and customer service experience with a proven track record. Flexibility to work a schedule including weekends and holidays. Ability to resolve sophisticated customer service issues and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Ability to meet all compensation plan goals. Proficiency in English (reading/writing/speaking). High School diploma or equivalent. Benefits
