Provide exceptional customer service with a consultative approach Maximize sales growth in a commission-based environment Process sales transactions, schedule deliveries, and handle after-sale service Maintain a clean and welcoming showroom Become an expert in our products and services through training Assist with store opening/closing procedures and support warehouse/delivery teams Who You Are
6 months to 2+ years of sales, retail, or customer service experience encouraged Excellent communication and professional sales presentation skills Available to work a mix of days, evenings, weekends, and holidays Able to lift up to 30 lbs., bend, kneel, and use hand tools for assemblies High school diploma or equivalent preferred; experience in interior design or consulting is a plus Benefits and Compensation
Training Wage: $18.00 / hr - $22.00 / hr for three months, paid bi-weekly Post Training Wage: Continuous base pay of $17.95 / hr plus commission Commission: On average, sales representatives earn an additional $35,000 - $75,000 annually in commissions Health benefits, including dental and vision options 401k and Health Savings Account (HSA) PTO Generous merchandise discounts Tuition assistance and pet insurance Work-life balance and regular schedules Benefits eligibility depends on scheduled hours About Us
