Senior Account Executive , you’ll support and guide client programs, lead junior staff, and bring a creative, solutions-oriented mindset to every assignment. This is an ideal role for someone who’s hungry to grow, highly organized, and ready to take ownership of impactful healthcare campaigns. Responsibilities
Client Relations & Strategy: Serve as a day-to-day client contact, ensuring top-tier service and responsiveness; conduct in-depth research to inform strategy and strengthen client relationships; maintain subject matter expertise on client products, key opinion leaders, and market dynamics Project & Campaign Management: Lead project coordination, including events, deliverables, media campaigns, and vendor oversight; ensure deadlines, quality, and budgets are consistently met Media Relations: Pitch and secure high-impact media placements across healthcare and consumer outlets; build media lists, develop creative story angles, and coordinate spokesperson outreach; oversee media monitoring and reporting Writing & Content Creation: Draft press materials, backgrounders, pitches, and other communications deliverables; translate complex scientific or medical topics into clear, engaging messaging Team & Budget Support: Supervise junior staffers; provide feedback and mentorship; assist with estimating budgets, managing trackers, and handling expenses; support new business development through research, ideas, and presentation development Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in communications, PR, journalism, or related field 3–4 years of public relations experience, preferably in healthcare or life sciences Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills Strong understanding of media strategy, trends, and tools Proficient in Microsoft Office; social media knowledge a plus Apply below or get in touch directly to learn more!
