Are you ready for new challenges? The Regional Sales Manager will represent TRUMPF to customers and be responsible for TruMark laser marking equipment sales in the Southeast United States. The role involves generating leads, qualifying customers, and achieving sales targets for TruMark OEM lasers and systems. Responsibilities include prospecting, customer qualification, sales planning, direct selling to end users and integrators, and networking with sales reps and distributors. The ideal candidate should be located within East Texas or East Dallas. Principle Duties & Responsibilities Represent TRUMPF Laser Division to customers in Southeast US (Florida, Texas, Georgia, Louisiana, and surrounding states), managing customer care before and after sales. Achieve sales and revenue goals as outlined in regional targets. Sell TRUMPF TruMark products, services, and software. Develop strategic customer partnerships. Coordinate with manufacturer’s representatives and distributors. Support customers with technical inquiries alongside TRUMPF Sales Project Management and Laser Applications teams. Initiate new applications at target accounts. Maintain activity levels such as customer visits, lead follow-up, and application requests, accurately recorded in CRM systems. Develop action plans aligned with country strategies. Collaborate with external partners and integrators. Participate in marketing activities and relevant conferences. Maintain regular reports on calls, projects, visits, and sales outcomes. Use TRUMPF sales systems consistently and accurately. Prospect and qualify new companies and customers in the territory. Gather and maintain market information relevant to the region. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Follow all company guidelines. Travel Willingness to travel up to 80%, including occasional overnight stays. Education & Experience Experience in selling technology-driven capital equipment; familiarity with laser marking products is advantageous. Excellent communication skills and industry connections are required. Technical knowledge of laser technology and processes is essential. Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s or higher in a technical field preferred, or equivalent training and experience. Compensation: Base salary ranging from $60,000 to $80,000, plus commissions and bonuses. One-year guarantee. Total compensation depends on experience.
