As a

Senior Account Executive , you will be responsible for contributing to the development of our nonprofit clients’ strategy and the creation and implementation of campaigns to acquire, cultivate, solicit, and retain donors across one or more nonprofit clients.

Please note that this is a hybrid position out of our office in Lanham, MD.

Your Impact:

Develop and execute multi-channel fundraising strategies that align with client goals and contribute to accurate forecasting. Lead the creation and delivery of direct mail and digital campaigns, ensuring strategic alignment, quality, and timely execution. Manage complex data workflows and analyze and report on campaign performance using data insights to inform future strategy and optimize results. Build strong client relationships and manage and/or collaborate with account staff to ensure collaboration, growth, and goal achievement. Oversee the creative and production process to ensure all deliverables meet strategic objectives and maintain high quality standards.

Your Profile:

4-5 years of direct marketing fundraising experience with nonprofit clients. Agency experience is highly desirable. Project Management/project management software experience preferred, particularly with Workfront. Experience with NetSuite a plus; while not required, familiar with the platform will give candidates a competitive edge in managing the campaign budgeting and invoicing process. Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent from accredited college or university. Strong experience in direct response marketing and/or fundraising and in depth understanding of direct response process, workflow, and project management best practices. Experience with marketing for nonprofits, and strong expertise in direct mail. Work professionally and effectively with internal teams, fostering collaboration and alignment to drive shared goals. Ability to adapt to change and prioritize constantly shifting opportunities, solving problems as they may arise. Ability to monitor and accurately project campaign performance and use past results to drive future strategy. Strong data fluency and can independently manage complex campaign data workflows. Familiarity with using models to drive audience segmentation. Ability to report on results clearly and succinctly. Ability to handle multiple complex projects in a deadline-driven environment; a resourceful self-starter who can take initiative and follow through on projects. Attention to detail and strong organizational/project management skills. Commitment to delivering error-free work and high-quality customer service to clients. Friendly, customer-service oriented attitude. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and basic understanding of analytics. Availability to commute to our Lanham, MD office on a hybrid basis.
