Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
Support senior account representatives in the execution of sales strategies.
Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients to showcase our products and services.
Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account developments.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
