who understands the flow of boutique retail — from inventory to merchandising to experience design 5+ years in optical sales , with

2+ years in a management or leadership role Proven success in

luxury or high-end boutique environments Licensed Optician (preferred) Outstanding communication, leadership, and emotional intelligence Fluent in high-touch customer service, premium product presentation, and consultative selling Strong familiarity with top-tier eyewear brands and independent frame lines Qualifications

5+ years in optical sales, with 2+ years in a management or leadership role Proven success in luxury or high-end boutique environments Licensed Optician (preferred) Outstanding communication, leadership, and emotional intelligence Fluent in high-touch customer service, premium product presentation, and consultative selling Strong familiarity with top-tier eyewear brands and independent frame lines What We Offer
