Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Leverage our platform that targets qualified candidates seeking our life insurance products, allowing you to focus on client interactions and solutions. Client Consultation:
Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients' financial goals and insurance needs; present and explain life insurance options to help clients make informed decisions. Sales Presentation:
Deliver presentations to individuals and groups, showcasing the benefits and features of life insurance products; tailor presentations to client concerns. Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients; conduct regular follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and policy retention. Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to position products effectively. Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and progress toward targets; prepare regular reports for management. Compliance:
Ensure activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies; maintain client confidentiality and uphold ethical standards. Qualifications
Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with clients. Strong presentation and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset; able to work independently. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and manage a flexible schedule. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus. Life insurance license or ability to obtain one (assistance provided to obtain licensure).
