The position of Western Regional Sales Representative is based at our office in California. It includes the following responsibilities, which are subject to change with prior discussion between Employee and the Company: Build demand at grower and distributor levels for the Western US sales region. Develop trials independently and with product development team, in collaboration with growers and dealers. Report on trials and sales to share risks and opportunities with leadership. Gather sales forecasts from customers and create purchase schedules to reflect forecasts. Create necessary documentation for customer orders. Assist with office operations and inventory management as needed. Continuously improve procedures for trial development and sales operations. Plan and conduct business trips as needed. Prepare and present an annual report summarizing trial and sales activities to the executive team. Represent the company at national and international conferences and trade shows. Responsibilities

Maintain and grow sales in the Western US region through active outreach to growers and distributors. Collaborate with product development and dealers to design and implement trial programs. Monitor trial results and communicate insights to leadership and stakeholders. Prepare accurate sales forecasts and align procurement planning accordingly. Ensure accurate and complete order documentation and processing. Support office operations and inventory management as needed. Improve trial development and sales processes for efficiency and effectiveness. Travel as required to meet customers and attend events. Produce an annual report detailing trial and sales activities for the executive team. Represent Tokita Seed America at conferences and trade shows. Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of experience in seed sales. Related experience in seed sales and product development; West Coast experience preferred. Demonstrated leadership, self-direction, and strong organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to respond effectively to managers, employees, vendors, and customers. Experience working cross-functionally to drive results. Spanish fluency is a plus. Compensation and Benefits

Compensation: $85,000-$110,000 (commensurate with experience), payable according to the Company’s standard payroll schedule. Medical, dental and vision insurance. 14 days paid vacation per year plus holidays. 401(k) matching contributions up to 4%. A company vehicle for work-related travel.
