Easy Street Capital is seeking a
Wholesale Account Executive
to assist with the origination of business purpose loans through wholesale (TPO) channels. The ideal candidate will have sales and real estate experience, with a strong interest and capability in converting inbound leads. The successful candidate will possess excellent sales and communication skills, with the ability to connect with real estate investors and support them throughout the loan origination process. This includes establishing trust, demonstrating product expertise, maintaining responsive communication, and building relationships. Experience in mortgage loan originations is preferred; however, experience in general sales, lead conversion, or real estate (acquisitions, leasing, wholesaling, etc.) is also a plus. Tasks and Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with mortgage brokers through exceptional communication and responsiveness, including quoting new deals, answering questions, and proactively providing updates on deal statuses and programs. Represent Easy Street Capital at industry conferences, meetups, and digital platforms with professionalism and enthusiasm. Serve as a liaison between mortgage brokers, the operations team, and internal management. Proactively set expectations and communicate effectively to ensure successful closings and repeat business. Update and input daily in the company CRM, logging all contacts and quoted deals, and maintaining up-to-date information. Experience in a general Account Executive, sales, or originations role; mortgage lending, real estate leasing, or brokerage experience is a plus. Ownership or interest in pursuing ownership of real estate investment properties. Experience with HubSpot or comparable CRM software (preferred). Driven and confident with a strong desire to succeed and meet high origination targets. Positive attitude, accountability, and ability to thrive within a commission-oriented compensation structure.
