$95,000.00/yr - $105,000.00/yr Responsibilities

Get paid to work with the leading automotive OEMs, directly supporting dealerships’ sales process. Collaborate with dealership management, BDC directors, internet managers, and marketing managers to assist with sales consultations that enhance the sales process, including: Digital Retailing CRM Configuration & Reporting Lead Response Handling Additional responsibilities related to dealer sales include articulation of skill-sets related to dealer sales and process improvements. Qualifications

Professional and effective oral and written communications Discovery, observation & recommendation generation If you have experience in sales, familiarity with CRM fundamentals, and a passion for mentoring others’ success, you are encouraged to apply. Prior vendor experience calling on decision makers for variable ops SaaS with cross-training on agnostic solutions is noted as a plus. Role description

Construct and perform presentations to improve dealer sales process acumen of the OEM and dealership sales staff Generate daily consultation recaps with defined action items, reportable to the OEM and dealership executive personnel Serve as the sales and process consultant for the OEM’s Regional staff and dealers, partnering to achieve program and digital goals Create and disseminate support materials of fundamentals and best practices Provide field support for regional meetings, presentations, seminars, etc. Train personnel on the use of reporting tools using adult learning methodologies Analyze the current dealership sales landscape and consult with regional and dealership personnel on strategy and roles Drive consistent adoption and utilization of retailers’ existing technologies Seniority level
