Overview NEPC is looking to hire an Investment Consulting Analyst to join the team. Analysts are aligned with a practice group of 2-3 client types and assigned directly to client relationships working alongside members of the consulting teams to meet client needs. Analysts can expect to work closely with our consulting staff, assisting in investment manager searches, asset allocation studies, performance monitoring, preparation of client reports and meeting materials, special projects, and conducting due diligence research on investment management firms. To complete these deliverables, analysts will collaborate with teams across the firm including performance reporting, research, and operations.
Responsibilities
Assist in investment manager searches and due diligence on investment management firms.
Support asset allocation studies and performance monitoring.
Prepare client reports and meeting materials.
Contribute to special projects and collaborate with performance reporting, research, and operations teams.
Work directly with client relationships and the consulting staff to meet client needs.
Job Qualifications
A minimum of two to four years of investment-related experience.
Strong computer skills with proficiency in spreadsheets and graphics.
Self-starter with strong organizational, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail abilities.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
College degree required. Advanced degree and/or CAIA designation, CFA designation (or progress toward these credentials) is a plus.
