Program Overview Our Specialized Crisis Services program supports children and adolescents under 18 experiencing crises such as suicidal ideation, homicidal thoughts, physical aggression, or psychosis. The program involves assessing risks and protective factors, working with families, and using least restrictive interventions. Position Overview Seeking candidates with weekend availability Manage 24-hour triage crisis lines Dispatch counselors to respond to calls De-escalate and screen calls for safety Document calls and follow up with families Candidates should be dedicated, compassionate, and able to work cooperatively with the community Additional Information Schedules vary and will be discussed during interviews. Teams are based in multiple cities including Memphis, Nashville, and others. Salary $20 - $22/hour based on education. Requirements Master's Degree in social services discipline required; consideration given to applicants within 6 months of degree completion. Degrees include social work, counseling, psychology, guidance counseling, or marriage and family therapy. Licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT) preferred. One year of relevant experience is preferred. Excellent communication skills, multitasking ability, basic computer skills, and flexible schedule are necessary.
