Payroll Customer Support Associate at All City Management Services Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA Base pay range
$17.00/hr - $22.00/hr Position
POSITION: Payroll Customer Support Associate Responsibilities
Works under the direction of the Payroll Manager and Team Lead. Answer telephones and provide support to crossing guard employees and citizens by helping with questions, letters of verification, check stubs, log complaints, etc. Assist crossing guards with registering into the payroll software and guiding through basic system use. Communicate with Operations Management team to resolve inquiries/issues. Data entry to create, update, and/or verify forms or data records. Perform administrative tasks including processing new hire paperwork, background checks, processing requests for checks, leaves of absence, and scanning/ filing all documents about an employee. Assist Payroll Specialists to complete tasks related to payroll processing for assigned departments, including input and verification of new hires, E-Verification, terminations, status changes, tax changes, deductions, direct deposits, work summary data, matrix updates, pay rate changes, retroactive adjustments, DOJ reimbursements, address changes, certification training information, filing, and auditing payroll reports each payroll cycle to ensure accuracy. Assist with client pricing, client billing summaries, and invoicing as needed. Expectations

Largely sedentary role; some filing and minor lifting up to 15 pounds may be required Compensation
