Work with and learn from Medical Malpractice team in the litigation process for assigned cases. Negotiate the best possible settlement for clients. Draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting and arguing motions. Conduct depositions. Manage all aspects of trial preparation including witness preparation, evidentiary analysis and strategy development. Collaborate with internal teams and external experts. Qualifications
Civil Litigation Experience 1-3 years. Strong proficiency in discovery practice with proven track record. Excellent negotiation, communication and writing skills. Exceptional research and analytical writing skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and adeptness in trial preparation. Licensure: Must be currently licensed in the state of Ohio and in good standing. Firm Benefits
