About the Company : Esteemed Law Firm is looking for a
Payroll and Tax Manager
for either its
Rhode Island or Connecticut
offices. About the Role : This role involves oversight of payroll administration, maintenance of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS), and responsibility for quarterly/annual tax reporting and filing, as well as assisting with key annual audits. Responsibilities : Oversight of payroll administration Maintenance of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Responsible for quarterly/annual tax reporting and filing Assisting with key annual audits Supervises Payroll Coordinator Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business or other related fields. 7 (Seven) years of relevant work experience in a law firm or professional services industry, strongly preferred. CPP or CPS a plus. Required Skills : 7 (Seven) Years of Experience 2-3 years of payroll management experience Proficiency with UKG, including Business Intelligence (BI) and other payroll systems.
