The Capital Markets team helps clients modernize infrastructure, manage regulatory change, define digital client strategy, enhance client service, and adjust long-term business mix. We work across front, middle, and back offices to drive performance in sell-side, buy-side, and market infrastructure participants. Responsibilities

You’ll assist on client engagements, working with high-performing teams to analyze, evaluate, and enhance clients’ capital markets businesses. You will interface with clients at all levels to help solve challenging questions and support the Capital Markets practice in developing new offerings and thought leadership to take to market. Qualifications

To qualify for the role you must have A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business with 3+ years of relevant experience in a financial services company or as an advisor to a financial services organization; or an MBA with 2+ years of relevant experience in a financial services company or as an advisor to a financial services organization. A minimum of 2 recent years of experience in capital markets. Proven experience in managing small, midsize and large businesses, functions or projects in the capital markets sector. Knowledge of a range of financial products including derivatives, equities, fixed income, foreign exchange and commodities. Knowledge of industries including investment banking, broker-dealers, custody, fund administration and investment management. Experience in strategy-focused roles across the front, middle or back office with demonstrated impact. Ability to travel—significant on-site time with clients; travel may be international. Expertise in Digital Assets: knowledge of digital assets, including cryptocurrencies, tokenization, blockchain, and implications for capital markets. Regulatory Compliance: familiarity with AML/KYC and ability to ensure compliance within capital markets operations. Market Analysis: ability to analyze market trends in digital assets to inform investment strategies and risk management. Technology Integration: experience integrating digital asset solutions with existing capital markets infrastructure. Client Advisory: provide expert advice on digital asset investment opportunities, risk assessment, and portfolio diversification. Collaboration with Tech Teams: work with technology teams to develop innovative digital asset products and services. Risk Management: assess and manage risks related to digital asset investments, including market volatility and cybersecurity threats. Continuous Learning: commitment to staying updated on emerging trends in digital assets. Ideally you’ll also have Experience in managing mid-level client relationships up to the C-suite level. Understanding client needs and experience developing new service offerings. Experience defining and designing business strategy, operations, and target operating models; improving processes; and supporting business integration. Expertise in policies, procedures, governance, design and operations in areas such as trade life cycle, front-office structure, broker-dealer operations, clearance and settlement, client onboarding, treasury operations, collateral management and regulatory regimes.
