Position Summary
WLG seeks professionals who want to join a high-performing team committed to working together to deliver exceptional services to our clients. We are seeking an Associate Jury Consultant who will assist in conducting online focus groups/mock trials, producing data reports following those exercises, and generating key findings and strategic recommendations based on the results of those exercises. Key Responsibilities
Conducts online focus groups, with an anticipated rate of 8-10 per month. Analyzes focus group feedback and provides insights to the trial team. Generates, programs, and administers electronic surveys to focus group/mock trial participants to ensure an accurate and smooth data collection process. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Psychology SPSS experience and basic data analysis skills Prior experience conducting online focus groups/mock trials Strong analytical skills Proficiency in Zoom; experience hosting Zoom meetings Prior experience with opinion survey software is strongly preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Strong organizational skills and attention to detail A proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently High level of professionalism and ethical standards Physical Requirements
Office environment with normal business hours necessary to satisfactorily perform job functions. Stationary Position – Must be able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time. Move or Traverse – This position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, meeting rooms, office machinery, etc. May occasionally ascend/descend the stairs to get to other floors, cafeteria and parking area. Dexterity – constantly operates a computer and other office machinery such as a copy machine/printer. Move, Transport, Position, Put, Install, Remove - Occasionally moves supplies weighing up to 10 pounds for various presentation and event needs.
