Conduct strategic outreach to targeted providers to increase utilization of Trinity Health services, research, analyze data, and support growth initiatives. Build and maintain relationships with physicians and their staff, understand their needs, and address concerns. Serve as a point of contact for physicians, providing information about services and updates. Increase referrals by educating physicians on capabilities and streamlining referral processes. Support physicians with resources, issue resolution, and ensuring optimal patient care. Collaborate with marketing teams to promote services and grow market share. Track and analyze referral data, identify trends, and report on activities. Essential Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Healthcare industry knowledge, including referral processes and regulations. Project management skills to handle multiple initiatives. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field. Three years healthcare sales experience. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally (~75%). Position Highlights and Benefits
