We are seeking a high-caliber seasoned Property Manager to lead a thriving multifamily community in Westlake, OH. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing stabilized or lease-up multifamily communities, with a deep understanding of resident retention, financial performance, vendor management, and team leadership in residential apartment management. Experience in luxury or conventional apartment management is preferred, and this role offers an opportunity to contribute to a strong and supportive company culture. Responsibilities

Lead on-site teams and manage day-to-day operations of a high-performing apartment community Oversee capital projects, curb appeal standards, and unit turns/renovations Maintain high resident satisfaction and strong resident relations Drive financial performance, budgeting, NOI monitoring, and occupancy goals Manage vendor relationships and negotiations; ensure maintenance operations run smoothly Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, local codes, and standard lease administration Utilize property management platforms (e.g., Yardi) to manage operations and reporting Provide leadership and development opportunities for onsite teams Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Property Manager in the apartment industry, with 150+ units managed (strongly preferred) Demonstrated ability to lead on-site teams, manage capital projects, and maintain high resident satisfaction Deep understanding of Fair Housing regulations, local code compliance, and standard lease administration Proficient in Yardi or other leading property management platforms Ability to manage and monitor property budgets, NOI, and occupancy goals Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills Experience managing luxury, lease-up, or Class A or Class B+ multifamily properties CAM, CAPS, or CPM designation (active or in progress) is a strong advantage but not required Knowledge of maintenance operations, unit turns, and vendor negotiation Experience handling capital improvements and renovation oversight Benefits
