Overview
As of September 18th, a nationally recognized law firm seeks a Manager of Legal Recruiting to oversee entry-level and lateral associate recruiting efforts. This role will involve: Developing strategies to recruit elite talent, organizing and overseeing interview processes, and gathering feedback. Collaborating with firm leadership to identify lateral hiring needs. Overseeing onboarding and integrating newly hired lawyers. Directing the Summer Associate Program and planning recruitment events and social activities. Developing excellent rapport with law schools, recruiting firms, and firm leadership. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and at least six years of legal recruiting experience, with a focus on strategy implementation, onboarding, and integration. Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys and other team members.
