Join the Corporate Finance Practice Group with 7-10 years of securities experience. Handle a wide range of securities matters, including public and private securities offerings, preparation of registration statements for initial public offerings (IPOs), secondary offerings, mergers, proxy statements, and other filings. Provide expertise on issues arising under the 1934 Act and Investment Company Act, related disclosures, and other regulatory obligations. Offer support and advice on large IPOs and other public and private securities transactions and lead smaller transactions. Demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines. Thrive in a fast-paced, productive team environment, both in-person and remotely. Portable business is welcome but not required. Title flexibility may be available based on experience. Admission to practice in the state/location for which you apply is required. For Chicago applicants only, the position range is expected to start at $218,000 (for 7 years of experience) and may increase with experience and skillset. Qualifications
7-10 years of securities experience with substantial exposure to a broad set of securities matters. Experience with public and private securities offerings, IPOs, secondary offerings, mergers, proxy statements, and other filings. Knowledge of the 1934 Act, Investment Company Act, related disclosures, and regulatory obligations. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced team environment. Admission to practice in the relevant state/location. Willingness to work across multiple office locations (Milwaukee preferred; also Bloomfield Hills, Chicago, or San Antonio). Apply
