Foreclosure Associate Attorney
to join its practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney interested in foreclosure litigation and related real estate matters to gain valuable experience in a supportive environment. Responsibilities
Handle all aspects of foreclosure litigation, including case assessment, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, hearings, and settlement negotiations. Represent lender and servicer clients in Rhode Island state courts. Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents. Manage a foreclosure caseload efficiently while providing effective client communication. Work closely with supervising attorneys and support staff to move cases forward. Qualifications
Minimum of
1–3 years of foreclosure, real estate litigation, or related legal experience . Licensed and in good standing with the Rhode Island Bar. Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Ability to manage deadlines and multiple matters simultaneously. Full-time, in-person role Salary range:
$85,000 – $115,000 annually + bonuses Comprehensive benefits package, subject to eligibility requirements, including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid holidays annually Employment details
