Description: Will serve as a sole contributor and SME on Compensation and Benefits Responsible for benchmarking, compensation review, putting together competitive offers Recommend engagement and retention strategies Manage the delivery of benefit and retirement programs Ensure compliance and manage HRIS modules for benefits and compensation Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required with 8+ years of compensation & benefits experience Background in a manufacturing industry desired This position is fully onsite.
