Develop customized financial plans through a wide range of products and services using sound judgment and Fidelity planning tools. Engage with existing clients and warm leads to provide investment solutions and grow relationships with a dedicated local advisor. Utilize Fidelity’s guidance tools to present solutions and service offerings that meet client needs. Prepare for and conduct efficient one-on-one appointments, plan for post-appointment follow-up, and grow relationships through proactive outreach. Refer clients to wealth management partners based on goals and financial complexity. Qualifications
Series 7 & 63 licensed; Series 65 or 66 and appropriate state registrations preferred, or ability to acquire quickly upon hire. Degree and/or other professional certifications such as a CFP are helpful; Fidelity offers a Tuition Reimbursement program to support obtaining one. Comprehensive understanding of investment solutions and the ability to educate customers on their values and differences. Strong interpersonal, communication, and consultative skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Licensing & Certifications

Most Fidelity roles are Hybrid, requiring onsite presence every other week (M-F) in an office. This does not apply to Remote or fully Onsite roles.
