Base pay range
$70,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr LHH is seeking a Legal Secretary to join the team of a leading, international law firm's office in Minneapolis, MN. The ideal candidate for this role will have 2+ years of Litigation Legal Administrative experience and strong knowledge of state and federal e-filing. This is a full-time position, operates on a hybrid schedule, and offers generous benefits. Responsibilities: Prepare court statements and forms. Transcribe and proofread legal documents. Manage records, projects, and calendars. Index and update pleadings and discovery binders. Collect and deliver documents. Assist with trial preparation and briefs. Communicate with vendors, experts, lawyers, and opposing counsel. Provide administrative support to one or more lawyers. Source and verify important case intelligence. Answer phone calls, take notes/messages, and redirect calls when appropriate. Maintain and update inventories of contact details. Skills: Strong time-management, organizational, and typing skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Requirements: Familiarity with state and federal rules and procedures. Experience drafting TOCs, TOAs and other litigation shell documents Benefits:
