Responsibilities
Work with your HR leader to anticipate and address talent and staffing needs for each area of the business, ensuring the right mix of experience and enthusiasm to meet guest expectations in-store and online.
Lead focused recruiting efforts to help store leaders hire candidates with the right skills and experiences.
Support team member and leader training needs and advocate for continuous learning.
Be an expert resource for scheduling systems and pay practices.
Be approachable and available by listening to team members and collaborating with leaders to act as needed.
Deliver on HR processes and programs to maximize engagement and minimize business disruption.
Support leaders in following company compliance policies to mitigate risk to the team member experience.
Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks; assist guests to solve their specific needs.
Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
All other duties based on business needs.
Skills

About
Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
Lift product up to 10 pounds regularly
Work in varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing duties
Remain mobile for the duration of a shift; shift length may vary
Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) with reliable attendance
